Bravida appoints new Group CHRO
Bravida has appointed Andreas Olofsson as new CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer). His most recent role was that of Vice President HR & Organizational Development for Global Operations at Electrolux. Andreas Olofsson will take up his position in the spring of 2021, taking a seat on Bravida’s Group management team.
Andreas Olofsson has held several senior positions in HR and organisational development at Electrolux, and has also played a leading role in the company’s HR transformation. He was previously Group Vice President HR and Corporate Communications at publicly listed company Munters AB, and other past roles included Director HR for the Bahco Group.
“In Bravida’s successful journey as a company, employees and leaders are the most important assets we have. Andreas will bring robust experience of business developing HR, and he will work closely with me and the rest of the management team. I’m convinced that Andreas will contribute to accelerating Bravida’s results and ability to change,” says Mattias Johansson, CEO and Group President of Bravida.
Bravida is in an exciting phase in a changing world and is continuing to focus on the growth and development of new and existing business areas. This requires developing the skills of Bravida’s existing staff, along with the recruitment and development of many new colleagues – some of the tasks that Andreas Olofsson will be focusing on.
“I am very happy to have been entrusted with taking on the role of CHRO at Bravida. The company is now making a very interesting journey to which I hope to be able to add energy and contribute my experience. It will be exciting to get to know the business and be involved in building on the company’s strengths. We will also build a strong, business-oriented HR function able to continue the work on becoming a leading employer, with development opportunities, diversity and an inclusive culture,” says Andreas Olofsson.
Andreas Olofsson will take up the post of CHRO in the spring of 2021 on a date to be determined later.
